Branzino with oranges

Most of the time lemons are used when it comes to fish. Have you tried oranges instead?

Here is a recipe that involves adding freshly squeezed orange juice to my marinade.

what you need:

  • branzino fish
  • small sweet peppers
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • thyme
  • an orange
  • olive oil
  • white vinegar
  • salt
  • mustard

How to make it:

Grind parsley, garlic, black pepper together, then add mustard, a tea spoon of white vinegar, salt, thyme, juice from the orange and bouillion (optional).

Cut up your sweet peppers and mix them to the mixture above.

Marinate your fish and put all the sweet peppers inside the fish. The outside should also be marinated. Cut up slices of the orange and cover the fish with them.

Bake the fish for 15 mins at 445F.

Enjoy!
